Walk to Fight Hunger 5K

The Food Bank’s 8th annual Walk to Fight Hunger 5K will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Chadwick Lake Park (off Route 300) in the Town of Newburgh, NY and on the grounds of Pfizer Inc. at 401 North Middletown Road in Pearl River, NY on Saturday, October 16, 2010. There will be food, refreshments, and entertainment for all walkers at both sites.  If you are interested in participating as a walker, please contact the Food Bank.

Sponsorship for refreshments, t-shirts, printing, signage are available. Call the Food Bank at 845-534-5344 for further information. Volunteers are needed to park cars, register walkers, and staff tables.
